SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

DELIVERY COST (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)
Freight is free for all orders over $150.00 purchased from Southern Angler excluding bulky items (see below). All orders purchased through our online store under $150.00 incur a freight charge as followed.

 

  • Orders over $150, size under 3kg weight/cubic : Free

  • Orders under $150, size under 3kg weight/cubic : $8

  • Order size over 3kg weight/cubic : $15

  • Order size over 10kg weight/cubic : $25

  • For rods over 150cm are considered as “bulky items''

 

Bulky items may incur a higher postage rate than displayed, Southern Angler reserves the right to request an additional postage charge and you will have the option to either cancel the order or continue with the order and incur the additional postage charge. 


DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days after payment is cleared. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped. Standard delivery is approximately 1 to 4 business days for metropolitan areas and approximately 4 to 10 business days to other areas. Courier deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only. Delivery time frames and cost of delivery vary by postcode, 

We recommend all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, P.O. boxes, work or other address, to minimize any re-delivery delays and/or fees.

 

Items over 1m can't be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker (only a residential address or business address).

 

GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with our products and services. There may be times when you will need to return a product purchased from Southern Angler. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where item(s) are:

  • Faulty

  • Wrongly described

  • Different from a sample shown to you; or

  • Do not do what they are supposed to do

 

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your online order, your order can be returned for either a refund or exchange. Please send us an email at info@southernangler.com.au within 14 days of your purchase. Please tell us the reason of return and refund. Returned items must be in original condition including all the original packaging and tagging. All refunds will be made in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST.

Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be accepted by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

 

Returns must be carefully packed, freight paid and insured, as we cannot receive freight collect shipments, nor can we be responsible for loss or damage to returned parcels. We cannot accept any item that has been used, tampered with or damaged. We will credit you with your original method of payment.
